PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
-Removal of the under-utilized entry closet allowed for the creation of a more user friendly entry and more functional kitchen layout
-Rearranging the room uses (flip-flopped seating and dining) created better connectivity between spaces and activities
-Relocation of the fireplace furthered the open concept sight lines and the new location anchors the seating area
-Wire-brushed floors add character and dimensional texture, balancing the white tongue and groove ceiling
